Full Home Water Piping Replacement Due to Electrolysis

The homeowner was experiencing widespread pinhole leaks in their 2012-built home. Our plumbing team quickly diagnosed the issue as electrolysis. Working alongside Buker Electric, who promptly corrected the home’s grounding fault, we replaced all existing copper piping with PEX to provide a long-term, sustainable solution.

Propane Heating to Mitsubishi Electric Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pumps

Located on Chappaquiddick Island, this home originally relied on a propane furnace with builder-grade ductwork. As part of a full system redesign, we rebuilt the first-floor ducts for better performance and added high-efficiency ductless systems to serve the second floor and sunroom.
