For this antique 1850 home, we modernized the heating system while preserving the comfort of its existing radiant heat. A 4-ton Ecodan air-to-water heat pump replaced the aging gas-fired equipment, while SpacePak fan coil units were added to provide targeted air conditioning and supplemental heating.
